By accessing or using the Atomic Trust platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Atomic Trust provides AI governance software, including trust scoring, provenance chain management, compliance mapping, and related tools. The Service is offered in multiple tiers: Open Source (free), Professional, and Enterprise.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
You agree not to:
Atomic Trust retains all intellectual property rights in the Service, including 48 patent filings, trademarks (Atomic Trust™, Portable Provenance™, The Git of Governance™, ATOMIC PILOT™), and proprietary algorithms. The open-source components are licensed under their respective licenses.
You retain all rights to your data. Atomic Trust does not claim ownership of any governance data, trust scores, or provenance chains generated through your use of the Service.
Your governance data is processed locally on your infrastructure. Atomic Trust does not access, collect, or store your AI model data, governance decisions, or provenance chains unless you explicitly opt in to cloud features.
Professional and Enterprise plans are billed as described on our pricing page. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
Enterprise customers receive SLA commitments as specified in their service agreement. Professional tier includes email support with a 24-hour response target. The open-source tier is provided as-is with community support only.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATOMIC TRUST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WHILE OUR GOVERNANCE ENGINE IS BACKED BY 1,026 MACHINE-VERIFIED PROOFS AND 8,106 TESTS, WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET ALL YOUR REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS WITHOUT ADDITIONAL CONFIGURATION.
Either party may terminate these terms at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. You may export your data before termination. We will delete your account data within 30 days of termination unless legally required to retain it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cumberland County, Maine.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
